Delma Production has again succeeded in adding a new top product to its range. A multifunctional 3 in 1 Door and Wallboard lifter. The beautifully designed lifter has been manufactured from high quality aluminium and synthetic material. With the help of the door lifter, doors which are becoming heavier all the time, can be lifted from their hinges effortlessly, simply and ergonomically. The rotating rubber foot prevents slipping and makes it possible to move the doors sideways lightly. With repetitive work (hanging) the lifting height of the lifter can be pre-adjusted. A good grip across the whole length of the aluminium pedal prevents the foot from sliding. The doorlifter can be used with or without the foot-operated pedal. The pedal offers a solution for increasing lateral force and is useful for moving with the foot without having to keep bending over. The adjusting and variation possibilities make this a completely new tool of top quality formerly needing 3 different tools.
By installing the wide support (100 mm) in the clamp the Lifter is made suitable for lifting glass doors, thin plasterboard, wall boards and panels. The extra wide support prevents tearing or fraying of soft materials such as plasterboard. A narrow clamp for the support has not been forgotten either so that wall panels can be mounted tightly against the wall. The foot-operated pedal is important as wall panelling sometimes requires a higher load with the feet to position the panels correctly. For repetitive work the lift height can be pre-adjusted. In its class the Lifter is a top-quality product, can be utilised in many ways for many types of jobs. It is an essential for every skilled worker.
The basic model of the Lifter is suitable for lifting doors, cupboards, wall panels etc. By mounting the wide (100 mm) support with narrow clamp the Lifter is very suitable for lifting thin plasterboard and wallboards requiring a narrow clamp. Little force is required thanks to the rotating foot and hinging transmission. The visible side of panels are not damaged because they are protected by a housing of synthetic material. During the work the synthetic materials prevent damage to the visible sides of doors and panels. Twin rubbers at the edge of the pedals prevent damage to floors. During lifting the product is raised in a horizontal position.
